An 8-week strength-based program in which all the workouts can be done in 30 minutes or less!

This program follows a progressive overload design through the 8 weeks. There are 2 lower body and 2 upper body lifts to complete each week. Then, there is also an optional circuit workout for each week, if you have time for it.

I want this program to be customizable for you. Say you only have time for 3 workouts per week, and your focus is on lower body, then I'd suggest completing both lower body lifts and one upper body lift each week.

Once you have the program downloaded, you get to keep it forever! So if you want to repeat it once you've finished, you can! Save it to your device or print it off, and you're ready to go.
