This is a one-time fulfillment per purchase.

Once you purchase the consultation, you should receive an email with a survey to fill out. Once you've completed the survey, I will reach out to you for your consultation!

We can discuss your current nutrition routine, and find some ways for you to adjust your intake to match your goals.

I can also calculate a rough macronutrient count to reference based on information provided to me. This will include a calorie target along with protein, carb, and fat recommendations for your personal maintenance, surplus, or deficit levels.
